Puasa bagi umat islam merupakan rukun islam yang ketiga, hukum puasa adalah wajib bagi umat islam pada bulan Ramadhan. Berpuasa juga memimiliki banyak manfaat bagi kita, selain mendapatkan pahala dari Allah ta'ala juga baik untuk tubuh kita, apa lagi untuk yang menderita diabetes .     Ndaut, adalah istilah wong sidakaya untuk kegiatan mencabut benih padi daru persemaian, untuk ditanam dilahan yang sudah siap untuk ditanami, serta umur bibit dirasa cukup.
